i put 3.9 gallons in the tank on saturday. i couldn't believe it. it's so nice to be able to just get on the bike and go without wondering when im going to run out of fuel. best part is the bike is convertible- i can switch back to the wassel in a matter of 15 minutes.
sunday started off with what i can see is becoming a weekly tradition- breakfast buffet at Slick Willies in South Milwaukee. $6.50 for just about every kind of breakfast meat you can think of, eggs, biscuits and gray... the whole nine yards. best deal in town hands down. if you come to milwaukee on a sunday morning, call me and i will meet you there if i'm not already there.
afterwards we went over to Adam's for his birthday. Phil (right) rolled in his 52 chebby and Adam (left) was working on his nighthawk chopper. say what you want about obscure jap bike choppers, but this guy beats the living crap out of his motorcycles.... and they take it. I think his previous bike was run dry of oil 3 times and it's still alive.
