if you don't know anything more from Warren Zevon than "werewolves of london", you are truly missing out. kind of like Elton John on a killing spree, his lyrics paint pictures of psychopaths and bizarre scenarios that make you stop and ask "what did he just say?" check out his album excitable boy. 
the sleeve that the record comes in has one of the coolest pictures in the world.
