so saturday i swung by one of my favorite mexican joints in MKE, Guanajuto's... or as they refer to themselves, GTO. these guys have some of the best salsa in town. i decided to veer from the regular tacos de pastor and try the Mole con Pollo. sweet yet spicy sauce covering chicken with of course.... corn tortillas! really good, but it's been so long i left wishing i had done tacos again!
